Delivery
The goods are delivered to the customer by the services listed below. Goods will be delivered to the billing or shipping address if specified in the order or provided by the buyer before the item is shipped. You will receive an email on the day of dispatch with the parcel number. Orders placed after 10:00am or outside of business days will be processed the next business day. Orders placed Mon-Fri before 10:00am will be processed the same day.

Payment
Online payments are handled by GP webpay. Payments made through the payment gateway are fully secured and all information is encrypted. Card payment The fastest way to pay online. You enter your card number, expiry date and CVC code into the Payment Gateway interface – the three numbers you’ll find in the signature strip on the back of your card. It’s all secured with the 3D Secure standard, so you’ll probably be asked to enter a numeric code, which you’ll receive via text message from your bank. Payment by bank transfer Instant payment via online banking. The GP webpay gateway will redirect you to your online banking account, where you log in as usual and confirm your payment order. Once the payment is complete, you will be redirected back to the store. The payment is confirmed immediately and we will proceed with the order without delay. |
